You may have difficulty getting Hotmail or AOL to deliver our cryptograms. If you have set up filters for junk mail or spam be sure you put cryptogram@vawter.com on your safe list. Because of the number of cryptograms we send out daily, sometimes hotmail and aol will interpret them as junk mail unless you do this. We recommend using alternative mailboxes if you have them.
Most email readers can understand html so you should normally check this. If the messages you receive are not readable then just come back to the site and change this.
